From reception to the nurses and doctors in casualty. I had the worst experiences after going there so many times this year with the same problem or painful attacks because it’s close to home. I am so shocked after so many trips here for months, the doctors didn’t pick up the symptoms that Olivedale doctors picked up, only to find the main underlying problem was with my kidneys and gallbladder. The staff is rude, didn’t care to even give me attention in times of pain. I was left on a drip for hours without anyone checking up on me.
