This is by far one of (if not the) best pharmacy I’ve ever experienced in my life! Honestly I mean that. I’ve never been treated as well as I have at Jafmed. They deserve 10 stars in my opinion! Really good pharmacy, nothing at all bad to say about them. I’m sure you will feel the same way…
Bad service I received from Jafmed Pharmacy!! I have been getting my scripted tabs from then for over a year and the service was always great and pleasant coming to the pharmacy. Today I called the pharmacy asked if I could email or WhatsApp my updated script and collect the tabs on my way from work. The gentleman who answered the call told me yes it’s fine I can WhatsApp it and collect it on my way perfect. When I got to the pharmacy the young lady behind the counter then sed they need the original script ect ect , I told her that I called and no one advised me that I need to bring it with , but with a attitude she replied saying “if you read my message I sent on WhatsApp you would of known”. Bare in mind this is my High Blood tabs I needed to collect. I went to Ariefas pharmacy And e-mailed the script and was helped without any questions asked or attitude. I know that pharmacy got law’s ect but if the communication and instructions was given correctly over the phone call it all could of been avoided!
