Waiting time is very long and can’t have 1 person working at prescriptions, if there is more than one person on the que another should assist as they take more than 15minutes with one person. Really one does Have the whole day, we use a little time we get or our lunches.
I just phoned clicks in keywest and was transferred to the pharmacy. Phone was ringing 5 min+ no answer. Just wanted to know my mothers tablets are ready for pickup. No one on rhe phones.. bad service.
AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COST!!!
THEY HAVE THE RUDEST PHARMACISTS AND YOU CAN EXPECT TO WAIT AT LEAST 4O MINUTES FOR ANY SCRIPT EVEN WHEN YOU IN THE FRONT OF THE ROW!!! THEY HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR ANYONE!! AND TAKING THEIR TIME AND HAVING CONVERSATIONS AMONGST THEMSELVES!! I WILL NEVER AGAIN TAKE ANY SCRIPT TO THEM EVEN IF IT IS LIFE OR DEATH!!!!
