Love this store & very popular in the area, but not enough staff to handle the amount of customers. Had to queue for 30min at the dispensary and again at the tills, a lot of disgruntled customers all round ☹️
Too the dispensary thank you for the wonder full assistance but how ever too the lady at thee perfume department thank you for not even attempting or offering any assistance, a glance from head to toe and that was it, word of advice never judge a book by it’s cover because your negative energy just made me very despondent to even ask/ purchase an EDT that was so fairly priced. Bringing me to thee cashiers really having a conversation too a colleague while assisting a client is rude, your personal conversation can wait till you done with a client. The level of client assistants is bad really bad.
