DIMA Weather Forecast System

The upcoming week's weather offers ideal conditions for scheduling hospital appointments, especially through May 1. From April 27 to May 1, expect clear skies with maximum temperatures ranging from 21.5°C to 22.4°C and minimum temperatures between 9.4°C and 11.4°C. The wind remains mild, enhancing comfortable travel conditions. The best times for appointments are mornings or late afternoons to avoid midday warmth, considering the UV index reaches up to 7. However, a shift occurs on May 2 with an increased chance of rain (45% precipitation probability) and a drop in temperature (maximum 17.4°C), suggesting potential delays or disruptions in travel. Plan hospital visits accordingly for safer, more comfortable journeys.

Terrible experience I am currently in casualty and was greeted by a very rude lady. Her name is Emily Sihlabi. Absolutely unprofessional.

My Partner went in with Kidney pain and came out worse with water on her lungs. The Physician who saw her for 5 minutes, told her, her lungs are fine and said she can go home. a day later we went to our GP which diagnosed her with fluid on her lungs and confirmed with an xray. She was treated for the fluid, 7kgs of water weight! She is still not better with her kidney issues and had to go to another hospital for treatment as the experience at fourways life was terrible. How does a GP diagnose better than a Physician!!!!????

Red Horizons's Review

June 13, 2024

I share many of the same frustrations mentioned below. Case Managers did not respond to any of my emails or queries; I must have called over a dozen times, leaving my contact details each time.

The doctor assigned to me charged three times the standard Medical Aid rates. When he did see me, he would only spend about three minutes with me. When I asked Dr. Moja why he wasn’t charging the standard rates, he said he doesn’t handle billing and only focuses on patient care. As a manager of a medium-sized company, I know exactly how much I charge my clients.

For anyone being admitted for breathing issues, ensure that the doctor assigned to you is registered with your medical aid, or you will be responsible for co-payments.
