Very bad service to say the least. Visited the branch on Wednesday, and was attended to by Liza, she barely spoke 2 words with me and gave my pregant wife the wrong medicine! I am not going to leave this! Liza and her collegue were having inapporpriate conversations about a wedding the collegue(not sure of her name) attendend, talking about a farm gate with a sign that you should keep the gate closed like your legs. Liza didn’t ask me once if my wife was pregnant and changed the medicine that the doctor prescribed to medicine that could cause birth deffects.
This is completely unacceptable and I will inform the South African Pharmacy council about this malpractice!
