This is a good hospital that is badly planned in some key aspects. How can you have only 2 bathrooms on the main floor with assistance handles or space for disability – both very far apart and both hidden away in wards away from public access
Basic thought process here is not only the public will need bathrooms like this, but your patients too
I know space is a premium / but geez, you’re talking about basic needed functions here

Jacobs, and her team at Ward 2 during my recent stay at the Life Bayview Private Hospital in Mossel Bay. What a pleasant experience being cared for by such a competent team, which does not only do their duties exemplary but with friendliness and compassion. Please convey my appreciation to her, to Donovan Miggels and the team.
Disappointing experience. We would’ve still been waiting to be admitted if I did not complain after waiting 90 minutes to be attended to. We were advised beforehand that a bed was available but it meant nothing as they needed to phone the doctor’s rooms. However, once the process started it was flawless. They need to enquire as to the patient’s state when one report to the counter and before the waiting game starts!
