Although the quicker, more efficient service would enhance patient satisfaction, the involvement of these proactive employees indicates potential for notable improvements in patient care and experience.

This is by far the longest I’ve ever had to wait at a pharmacy to collect medication. I’m not interested in supporting a business that has no intention of reading their reviews and doing something about improving upon similar complaints from different customers.
You’d really think it would be quicker, either they’re employing staff that are at an age where they should consider retirement based on the pace at which they dispense medication or their staff are simply doing their jobs at the pace of a sloth for giggles.
Either way, I don’t find it necessary to humor it anymore.
I look forward to receiving my new script so I can take my business elsewhere. 😇
