Emergency room admission and hospital staff, were unfortunately very unfriendly and not at all sympathetic. Very disappointed in the professionalism of the staff.
Very very bad service.. maternity’ ward.. the nurses can’t even assist with the baby even when am your in pain from c-section… they did ask me what I would like to eat they choose menu for me.. stop using locum nurses those people don’t really value their jobs.. the worst Mediclinic I ever went to..lenmed hospital is way better than you guys..
Went to emergency on Monday, 17 June 2024. There was a Dr Cato. The most rude, arrogant and unprofessional Dr I’ve ever met. I am most definitely going to report him at HPCSA. Where in your life, a Dr throws your tests results to the pasient. Extremely dissapointed!!!
Very very bad service. I don’t recommend anyone to visit here. State hospitals will be better.
