Everything happens in slow motion, urgency of matters are not prioritised, and general bad service. 1/10 would definitely only use as emergency
Currently a patient at this hospital and I must say I’m highly disappointed in their service. I’ve heard stories about it but never thought it was this bad. This facility is giving Mediclinic a bad reputation, I’ve been to other mediclinic hospitals and this is just the worst
My wife is in Potch Mediclinic. The staff is totally incompetent. I was there yesterday and her morning medicine was only issued at 13:30. The staff don’t respond to the emergency call button either. Now they came and told my wife she has cancer cells in her blood. She is in a state. After I examined the blood results I found that it isn’t even her results. Only the surname is the same. So she has been receiving treatment based upon another person’s results. There were four blood results of this person in her file???Show more
I visited their emergency room. I went there with two problems, which weren’t solved, and I came back with more problems. I’m asking myself if going there was even necessary because I’m still sick and I still don’t have answers.
They made multiple tests on me and they didn’t tell me what they were for and what the results were.Show more
My blood work wasn’t even discussed. The Dr. dismissed me with a “there’s nothing wrong with the blood” when I proceed to ask if they checked the iron which was what had brought me there in the first place, he said no. They said I had a lot of fluid in my ears and it was causing an imbalance but they did nothing about it. They literally sent me on my way with a prescription that has nothing to do with my problems.
Not mention the reception lady, she doesn’t greet or identify herself and she’s outright rude. The whole experience was just unpleasant
