My mother is very ill an still ward B ignore my plea to call a doctor
I am under a certain Pulmonologist’s treatment at this hospital.. I’m trying to get hold of him for 3 wks now. He does not answer messages, he does not return calls, even when my GP tries to call does he responds .. His not interested in his patients. This is very pathetic to say the least.. Although he was the one who said if you need me urgently or if an emergency arises call immediately, How could this be a stable Dr/ Patient relationship ?! This is very scary and break the trust in the institute and Health Practitioners.

The nurses make the whole experience at this hospital so underwhelming. They seem to be irritated with anyone who asks for assistance at the nurse station, about 5-6 staff in the station but everyone ignores you until one finally looks at you with a face full of irritation because you seem to be interrupting them. What happened to this hospital? Staff used to be friendly, helpful, chatty and you felt like family whe. being there. It has the taste of government hospitals now where staff feels you have an arrogance to bother them
The emergency department is terrible it took me 4 hours just to get stitches.
